Salon Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing me as your hair care provider! I am a hair artist of ten years and I truly love what I do! I specialize in sewn in extensions, custom wigs, fantasy color, and natural hair care. I cater to women of all ethnicities!
          

Our health is most important to me during this time. Please read my policies prior to booking an appointment. Failure to abide by any of these policies will result in your appointment being cancelled. Any cancellation procedures, including deposits and late cancellation fees will be followed as usual.

•Masks are optional at this time. If you would prefer that I wear a mask, please let me know during the time of your appointment.

•Due to limited space, extra visitors, children, and company are not allowed during your appointment.
      

•My goal is to build great relationships with my clients. I can only provide the best hair services when I am up to date on your hair care.  If you chair hop or are not ready to commit to a consistent hair regimen, I may not be the stylist for you.

•Hair can be ordered at www.MYSTICMERMAIDHAIR.com. I prefer to use hair from my hair company, but you are more than welcome to use the hair of your choice. I will only install clean hair that has not been cut. Lace must be of good quality and not damaged in any way. I can’t guarantee the longevity and integrity of hair that isn’t ordered from me. 

•Deposits are required for new clients when scheduling weave & wig services and are NONREFUNDABLE. Deposits will not be transferred if you decide to cancel.

•Absolutely no refunds are given. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with your hair prior to leaving. Any issues that arise with your hair that need to be fixed after 24 hours may result in an additional fee.

•Wigs must be dropped off or delivered atleast three days before your appointment for customizing. If you are unable to drop off, you can also mail the unit to my studio. Customizing within three days of your appointment will result in a $50 fee.
     

•A fifteen minute grace period is given for late arrivals. After fifteen minutes,  a $20 late fee is added. Appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes and will be subject to a late cancel or no call/no show fee. If the card on file declines any fees, you will be blocked and unable to schedule with me again.
      

•Out of respect, I will not work over another hairstylists’ work. That includes any and all services. I will not fix any weave installs that were done by another stylist other than taking it down for a new service.  
     

•I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation if you are new to a service you are interested in. I am open to answering any and all questions, however I can not provide a consultation without it being scheduled online. Thank you for respecting my time and craft!
        

• Upon booking, you are consenting to having your photos/video taken for promotional purposes. Say cheese! However, I will always ask prior to recording. If you are strongly against me taking any photos or videos, please let me know.
